Baby Food

Since the babies started eating solids we have been making all their food with organic vegetables. This past weekend we had a baby food making marathon! We made peas & carrots, peas, green beans, pears, apples, and peaches. The vegetables were cooked and then pureed. The fruits were baked and then pureed. I then put them into ice cube trays and froze them. Each day we will thaw a couple ice cubes of fruits or veggies and feed them to the babies.

First Day of School

Grandma MA (Meghan's mom) and Judy brought the babies to school on our last day so everyone could see them (including our students). We hadn't brought them in sooner because of the cold/flu season. Boy did we get a lot of attention:)

7 month stats

So far so good. Gavin and Kesleigh are sleeping through the night unswaddled. I don't think Preston is ready yet because he's so little still and likes being wrapped tight. I think 2/3 isn't bad:)

Here are some unverified weights on the babies. We weighed Barton and then added a baby so they should be "somewhat accurate"

7 Months:
Kesleigh: 20.4 lbs
Preston. 16.6 lbs
Gavin: 18.36 lbs

Backyard Fun

After we took the babies for a walk on Sunday we decided it was so nice out that we brought them all out to the backyard to hang out.

Reading & Solids

Kesleigh will eat anything, Gavin is a little picky and really doesn't like squash and Preston, well Preston screams any time we try to give him anything. Today he is eating rice cereal and it's going pretty well. Next week we do mashed potatoes and then start fruit.
